  • Position Title: Senior DevSecOps Engineer
  • Working Location: Paya Lebar (near MRT)
  • Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Fri 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Completion Bonus
  • Duration: contract 1 year (renewable)

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, automate, and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure and deployment pipelines on AWS GCC 2.0 using modern DevOps practices, enabling application deployment, scaling, and monitoring across data centre and cloud environments.
  • Own end-to-end infrastructure and security solutions, including provisioning and managing virtual machines, databases, containers, licenses, and AWS cloud-native services.
  • Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines, develop scripts and automation tools, and manage Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) to support build, integration, deployment, and configuration management across development, testing, and production.
  • Monitor and optimise systems to improve performance and availability, manage cloud databases and observability tools, and maintain AWS network configurations including firewalls, subnets, routing, and access controls.
  • Troubleshoot system and application issues, provide on-call support for critical incidents, and ensure effective disaster recovery, backup, and restoration processes.
  • Implement and maintain security architecture and controls aligned with industry standards, including threat and risk assessments, vulnerability scanning, system hardening, secure configurations, and security integration within CI/CD and cloud-native environments.
  • Work with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, including AWS services (ECS, Fargate), and collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to ensure secure and efficient infrastructure operations.
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, and experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with AWS Government Commercial Cloud (GCC), SHIP-HATS platform, container technologies, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code tools, and cloud security practices will be advantageous.
  • Preferred candidates with experience in scripting or programming (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python, or Go), virtualization technologies, cloud-native tools, or relevant certifications (e.g., AWS DevOps, CKA)
