  • Industry/ Organization Type: Hardware Supplier
  • Position Title: Technical Sales Coordinator
  • Working Location: Pioneer
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm; Sat, 8.30am – 12.30pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,000 + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team for hardware products including bolts, nuts, and fastening components.
  • Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Process sales orders, purchase orders, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as warehouse, logistics, and procurement to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
  • Maintain and update customer records, pricing information, and product specifications in the system.
  • Assist customers with product information, technical details, and order status updates.
  • Monitor order progress and proactively communicate any delays or changes to relevant parties.
  • Support the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and documentation for management review.
  • Assist in maintaining strong relationships with existing customers through responsive communication and service support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.

  • Basic understanding of hardware products such as screws, nuts, bolts, or related industrial tools is an advantage.
  • Able to handle sales documentation and administrative tasks accurately.
  • Comfortable using basic computer applications such as email, spreadsheets, and sales systems.
  • Willing to learn about technical hardware products and sales processes.
