- Position Title: Technical Sales Coordinator
- Working Location: Pioneer
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm; Sat, 8.30am – 12.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,000 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team for hardware products including bolts, nuts, and fastening components.
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Process sales orders, purchase orders, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as warehouse, logistics, and procurement to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
- Maintain and update customer records, pricing information, and product specifications in the system.
- Assist customers with product information, technical details, and order status updates.
- Monitor order progress and proactively communicate any delays or changes to relevant parties.
- Support the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and documentation for management review.
- Assist in maintaining strong relationships with existing customers through responsive communication and service support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.

- Basic understanding of hardware products such as screws, nuts, bolts, or related industrial tools is an advantage.
- Able to handle sales documentation and administrative tasks accurately.
- Comfortable using basic computer applications such as email, spreadsheets, and sales systems.
- Willing to learn about technical hardware products and sales processes.
