- Position Title: General Admin / Admin Assistant
- Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM; Friday 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic admin tasks (data entry, email replies).
- Answer and route incoming calls.
- Coordinate goods receipt and dispatch.
- Handle document binding, photocopying, and filing.
- Monitor stationery inventory and place orders.
- Prepare courier shipments and documents.
- Assist with hospitality duties and pantry upkeep.
- Any ad hoc duties assigned.

- 1 year of relevant administrative experience is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in office administrative tasks and document handling
