  • Position Title: Assistant Service Engineer
  • Working Location: Bukit Batok
  • Working Hours: 5-days (Mon-Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic + Allowance + AWS + VB
  • Duration: Permanent

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform or guide preventive maintenance (PM) for abatement systems (scrubbers), including replacement of activated carbon and catalysts at site.
  • Carry out corrective maintenance (CM) and troubleshooting work at customer sites.
  • Support equipment installation, on-site refurbishment, and retrofit work.
  • Build technical knowledge of company equipment, servicing methods, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Ensure field service work follows company and customer site procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Report issues related to customer service claims.
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports for management.
  • Submit service reports for assigned tasks.
  • Follow all workplace health and safety procedures during work.

  • Higher Nitec qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in machine maintenance or equipment servicing.
  • Good communication skills in English; ability to communicate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Responsible and able to work independently with good customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of measurement units, mechanical systems, and common technical terms.
  • Familiarity with machinery standards or guidelines is an advantage.
