  • Position Title: Sales Executive (Japanese Speaking)
  • Working Location: Bukit Batok
  • Working Hours: 5-days (Mon-Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic + Allowance + AWS + VB
  • Duration: Permanent

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support customer accounts mainly in Singapore, with some customers in SE Asia.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while introducing and promoting existing and new products.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers in Japan and Taiwan and communicate with customers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Attend technical discussions, sales meetings, and meetings with customers.
  • Prepare sales reports and meeting summaries.
  • Prepare quotations, perform price calculations, and support pricing discussions with customers and suppliers.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with customers and factories.
  • Participate in customer engagement activities when required.
  • Work closely with the technical team in Japan and the local technical support team.

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industries, or 1 year of experience in sales.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to prepare reports, analyze data, and support cost evaluations.
  • Willing to travel when required.
  • Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively in Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent) and Chinese for coordination with regional teams and partners in Japan.
  • Good communication skills to work with regional stakeholders and overseas teams.
