  • Working Location: Tuas Link
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 6.00pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,800 + Commission + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base
  • Promote the company’s products and services to potential clients
  • Build and maintain good relationships with existing and new clients
  • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products
  • Prepare quotations and proposals, and follow up on customer enquiries
  • Discuss terms and close sales to achieve targets
  • Work with internal teams (production, logistics, operations) to ensure timely delivery
  • Keep track of market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in sales, preferably in manufacturing or packaging industry
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • A valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
