  • Position Title: Assistant Contracts Manager
  • Working Location: Site & Office Based (Office near City Hall MRT)
  • Working Hours: 5 Days/ 5.5 Days (Depending on project), 44 hrs per week
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + AWS + Variable bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support in contract administration tasks.
  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and interpreting contracts to ensure adherence to terms and conditions.
  • Track variations and change orders, ensuring prompt submission and agreement.
  • Support the handling of subcontractor and supplier contract matters.
  • Assist in developing and tracking project budgets, cash flow, and cost reporting.
  • Review and validate payment claims, progress claims, and final account submissions.
  • Identify potential contract risks and assist in implementing mitigation measures.
  • Maintain accurate records related to delays, disruptions, and additional cost claims.

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • At least 6 years of contract management experience within marine, coastal, or offshore projects.
  • Capable of coordinating with internal teams, external legal advisors, and technical experts.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in documentation and report preparation.
