- Position Title: Sales Coordinator
- Working Location: Pioneer
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.15am – 6.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,500 + OT + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Process sales orders accurately based on customer requirements to support timely delivery.
- Prepare quotations, delivery orders, reports, and other sales-related documents.
- Respond to customer enquiries on products, services, and project tenders for local and overseas customers.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of parts and service deliveries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records to support tracking and reporting.

- At least 1 year of experience in sales coordination is preferred.
- Candidate with marine industry experience is advantageous.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling sales information.
- Candidate without experiences is welcome to apply, training will be provided.
