  • Position Title: Procurement Admin / Procurement Coordinator
  • Working Location: Pioneer
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8:45am – 5.30pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Process purchase orders in the ERP system accurately and with proper approval.
  • Check and compare 2 to 3 quotations, and flag any issues.
  • Follow proper process controls and avoid direct vendor involvement.
  • Keep all quotations, purchase orders, and approvals properly documented.
  • Monitor PO turnaround, vendor usage, and pricing trends.
  • Flag suspicious purchasing patterns or possible compliance issues.
  • Carry out other ad hoc duties or special projects as assigned.

  • Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant purchasing, procurement, or admin experience preferred.
  • Candidates without relevant experience are encouraged to apply, training provided.
