  • Working Location: Redhill (Near to the MRT)
  • Working Hours: 5 days a week (Flexi Hours)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and drive growth in international markets.
  • Develop and execute annual sales plans and budgets.
  • Set and track quarterly sales objectives.
  • Manage and expand distributor and dealer networks abroad.
  • Build long-term relationships with distributors and partners.
  • Support distributors with sales activities (trade shows, presentations, etc.).
  • Coordinate international product launches (pricing, positioning, rollout).
  • Work with internal teams (tech support, production, marketing) to meet sales goals.
  • Provide sales forecasts and monthly reports.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Management.

  • 5-8 years in international sales or distributor management.
  • Proven success in meeting sales targets (B2B, electronics, or solution-based hardware).
  • Experience with dealers and distributors, instead of direct end-customers.
  • Willing to travel internationally.
