  • Position Title: Project Admin Coordinator
  • Working Location: AMK
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8.30AM – 6PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic $3,500 – $4,000 + AWS
  • Duration: Permanent

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager in overall project coordination
  • Prepare and submit tender documents, including handling related clarifications
  • Prepare and manage customer quotations accurately and within timelines
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates on issues
  • Coordinate with customers, contractors, and service providers
  • Liaise with suppliers for quotations, orders, and delivery arrangements
  • Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone
  • Support project execution and ensure smooth communication across all parties

  • Experience in tender preparation, submission, and quotation handling
  • Diploma in Building, Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent is preferred
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination within construction or related industries
  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Microsoft Project and AutoCAD is an advantage
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
