  • Industry/ Organization Type: Motorcycle Repair Service & Rental
  • Position Title: Motor Admin
  • Working Location: Bukit Batok
  • Working Hours: 6 days (10am-8pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic $2,000 - $2,500 (Meal provided)
  • Duration: Permanent

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and management
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
  • Maintain proper filing systems (both physical and digital)
  • Handling motor insurance quotations requests and processing of insurance policies.
  • Maintaining existing client relationships through providing quality service including answering client's queries and attending to their requests promptly through phone calls, text messages, emails.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned by the manager.
