Position Title: Airfreight Customer Service Coordinator

Working Location: Changi Cargo Complex

Working Hours: 5.5 Days, Mon to Fri (9am – 6pm), Alternate Sat (9am – 1pm)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent

 

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding airfreight enquiries.

Work closely with clients to understand shipment requirements and provide timely updates.

Prepare accurate quotations based on customer needs and specifications.

Follow up on quotations and assist in converting them into confirmed shipment bookings.

Coordinate with internal departments (operations, warehouse, accounts) to ensure smooth execution.

Support SOE in daily sales coordination and customer service activities.

Track shipments and update customers on status when required.

Maintain proper documentation of quotations and customer correspondence.

Assist with any additional duties assigned.

At least 1–2 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding, preferably dealing with airfreight.

Basic understanding of airfreight operations and terminology.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
