Position Title: Training Centre Operation Executive

Working Location: Kallang (walk distance from MRT)

Working Hours: 5.5 Days per week (9am 6pm/ 9am 1pm)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent

 

Responsibilities

Assist with training centres operation in accordance with daily operating hours.

Prepare classrooms prior to each session, including arranging seating, checking equipment, and ensuring materials are ready.

Liaise with subcontractors on air-conditioning, electrical, and general facility maintenance matters.

Work with the marketing team to set up and maintain promotional materials across classrooms.

Prepare course materials and notes for scheduled classes and manage accurate e-attendance records for all sessions.

Coordinate with Customer Service on IC verification, permit documentation, and attendance confirmation.

Organise and prepare all required documents for each training session.

Handle trainer check-in and check-out processes, and monitor trainer attendance and ensure punctual arrival for classes.

Escalate any attendance or scheduling issues when necessary.

Prepare and submit daily and periodic operational reports to the Centre Manager.

Maintain records in compliance with SSG requirements and internal audit standards.

Provide support for additional administrative duties or projects as assigned.

Minimum GCE OLevel qualification.

At least 1 year of relevant experience in training administration, operations, or customer service..

Experience in SkillsFuture or WSQ training environments is an added advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with trainers, participants, and internal teams.
