Position Title: Project Consultant/Project Executive

Working Location: Bukit Merah, Central

Working Hours: 5 days, Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm)

Salary Package: Basic + Transport Benefits + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand their business needs, operational requirements, and project objectives.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, automation engineers, QA, and operations teams.

Liaise and communicate effectively with principal vendors to ensure project deliverables and timelines are aligned.

Conduct key user training and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and go-live support.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation plans.

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and client expectations.

Prepare project documentation, reports, and client presentations.

Facilitate client meetings and provide guidance on WMS and healthcare automation solutions.

Support post-implementation activities, including client handover, training, and follow-up support.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, consulting, or related roles.

Experience in WMS, healthcare automation, or related technology projects will be an advantage.

Strong project planning, execution, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship management skills.

Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
