  • Working Location: Sungei Kadut
  • Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB
  • Duration: Permanent Role

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage mechanical air-conditioning and ventilation systems in both residential and commercial buildings.
  • Provide leadership, adaptability, and strong project management skills to meet changing demands.
  • Work independently while maintaining high initiative and the ability to manage pressure.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Good knowledge of mechanical air-conditioning and ventilation system design and installation for residential and commercial buildings.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in Singapore, with proven results.
  • Class 3 driving license is preferred.
