- Position Title: Site Manager
- Working Location: Kallang
- Working Hours: 6 days (Mon - Sat, 9.00am - 7.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,000 + Transport Allowance $300 + AWS
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations for furniture installation and interior projects
- Coordinate with designers, production team, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor work progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
- Ensure all works are carried out according to drawings and specifications
- Supervise site teams and subcontractors, ensuring proper workflow and productivity
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation

- Diploma or relevant qualification in Construction, Interior Design, or related field
- Experience in site supervision for interior or furniture-related projects
- Good understanding of drawings, materials, and installation processes
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
