  • Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding, Packing and Crating Services
  • Position Title: Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding)
  • Working Location: Loyang
  • Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + PB + VB+ AWS + Medical Benefits
  • Duration: Permanent Role

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high service standards, support customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities.
  • Maintain service quality through standard procedures.
  • Respond to customer enquiries on quotations and operations promptly and accurately.
  • Handle enquiries, prepare quotations, and manage shipment arrangements, including cross-trade.
  • Coordinate with customers and overseas agents on shipment activities.
  • Understand import and export processes.
  • Ensure timely completion of all documentation.
  • Support sales and marketing activities when required.
  • Manage customer issues and prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain accurate data and reports.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of sea and air shipment procedures is preferred.
  • Good communication skills and able to work well in a team.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work additional hours when required.
