  • Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding, Packing and Crating Services
  • Position Title: Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding)
  • Working Location: Loyang
  • Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + Transport Allowance + Mobile Allowance + PB + AWS + VB + Medical Benefits
  • Duration: Permanent Role

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the company’s business growth by meeting targets using available resources.
  • Develop new business opportunities and contribute to achieving sales KPIs.
  • Manage a portfolio of new and potential customers through phone communication.
  • Build strong customer relationships and grow accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and act as the main contact to handle customer enquiries and issues.
  • Maintain accurate customer information in the system.
  • Identify and manage business and financial risks through proper monitoring.
  • Handle credit control activities.
  • Provide sales support, including preparing quotations, coordinating with overseas partners, and handling monthly pricing updates and reports.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of freight forwarding is preferred.
  • Willing to work additional hours when required.
