- Position Title: Electrical Engineer
- Working Location: Tuas
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.00am -5.00pm; Sat, 8.00am - 12.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,500 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workshop operations through proper planning, scheduling, and decision-making.
- Manage projects including planning, coordination, and supervision of project activities.
- Communicate and coordinate with customers regarding project matters.
- Perform electrical and mechanical testing on stators, rotors, and related components.
- Measure winding data and record inspection details accurately.
- Source and procure equipment and parts required for projects.
- Conduct safety briefings and ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
- Prepare project reports upon completion of each project.
- Assist with administrative tasks and documentation.
- Support productivity improvement and cost control initiatives.

- Diploma or ITE qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2–4 years of experience in motor and generator servicing.
- Knowledge of motor and generator rewinding and maintenance works.
