Position Title: Quality Control Executive

Working Location: 3 Buroh Lane, #02-01, Singapore 618285

Working Hours: 5-days (9am to 6pm)

Salary Package: Basic + Bonus

Duration: Permanent Role

 

Key Responsibilities

Check and inspect raw materials, production process, and finished products

Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are followed

Monitor cleanliness and proper food handling practices

Prepare QC reports and maintain inspection records

Support HACCP, GMP, and food safety procedures

Investigate quality issues and assist with corrective actions

Work closely with production team to maintain product quality

Assist during internal and external audits

Perform other ad hoc duties assigned

Diploma / Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field

Experience in food manufacturing or QC is preferred

Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards is an advantage

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Able to work independently and as a team
