Position Title: Operations Manager
Working Location: East
Working Hours: 5 days Monday – Saturday 10am-8pm (1 day off rotational shift; off on Sundays and Public Holidays)

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and good patient experience.
Manage staff scheduling, treatment room setup, equipment maintenance, and daily operations.
Ensure good customer service and efficient clinic operations.
Handle patient feedback and resolve operational issues professionally.
Monitor patient appointments, treatments, follow-ups, and retention.
Ensure compliance with clinic regulations, safety, and hygiene standards.
Maintain proper documentation, audit records, and SOPs.
Improve workflows and support digital system enhancements.
Lead, train, and guide clinic staff to maintain teamwork and professionalism.
Support promotions, sales campaigns, and new service launches.
Monitor clinic performance and recommend operational improvements.
Manage inventory, procurement, vendors, and equipment servicing.
Support business growth and operational planning initiatives.

Prior experience in clinic operations, healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industry preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Good understanding of clinic operations, customer service, and patient management.
Familiar with regulatory compliance, SOP implementation, and operational workflows.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Experience with CRM systems, scheduling platforms, or digital operation tools is an advantage.
Sales-driven mindset with ability to support business growth initiatives.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
