- Working Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang
- Working Hours: 5 days; Mon - Thu (8.30am - 6pm), Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Perform administrative duties, including attend to phone calls.
- Organize and distribute incoming emails, letters and packages.
- Assist in supporting and resolving basic IT issues (e.g. software usage, email
- settings, user training, etc).
- Processing of Purchase Requisition and issuance of Purchase Order.
- Booking of Customers' Purchase Order and triggering Finance for invoicing.
- Processing of Internal Billing.
- Assisting Logistics in the preparation of shipping documents, including sourcing and
- liaising with freight forwarders.
- Liaise and negotiate with vendors, suppliers and contractors.
- Sourcing and managing the printing of office supplies (e.g. Name Cards, Envelopes,
- Calendars, etc)
- Managing and processing staff travel requests and overtime claims.
- Assist in Insurance Claims submission.
- Maintain an online filing system.
- Supporting the Finance and Marketing teams as needed.

- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of work experience is preferred.
- Good communication skills and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
