  • Position Title: Accounts cum Admin Assistant (AP & Payroll)
  • Working Location: West – Tuas (Nearest MRT: Tuas Link) – Requires taking a few bus stops to reach the company
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8.30 am-5.30 pm)
  • Salary Package: Up to SGD2800 + AWS + Bonus 
  • Duration: Permanent 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Essential for managing administrative tasks related to accounts payable, payroll, and the coordination of work passes and training for staff.
  • Accounts Payable: Manage and process all accounts payable duties to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee the complete payroll process, ensuring accuracy and punctuality in employee payments.
  • Work Passes Management: Apply for PSA Work Passes Permit for eligible employees and ensure compliance with all local employment regulations.
  • Training Coordination: Organize and send employees for required courses that align with the needs of the marine technology industry.
