- Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri (8am – 5pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, employee relations and training & development.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, tailored to the needs of the school environment.
- Manage work pass applications for new employees and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Develop and implement Learning & Development initiatives and perform Training Needs Analysis to enhance employee effectiveness.
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture and serve as the main point of contact for employee queries.
- Prepare HR reports for management, offering insights for decision-making, and contribute to the creation and enforcement of effective HR practices and policies that align with company goals.
- Ensure all HR operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise and coordinate with different departments and staff levels on different matters as directed by the management.
- Provide administrative support, scheduling meetings/ appointments for management.
- Other additional duties as assigned by the management.

- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in Human Resources.
- Familiar with Singapore’s Employment Act and MOM regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficient with MS Office tools.
