  • Working Hours: 5.5 Days, Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm), Alternate Saturday (9am – 1pm)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions, including invoicing and payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports for management review.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial documents and assist with month-end closing processes.
  • Manage office administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and supply procurement.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Assist in statutory filings and ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Other necessary duties as assigned.
