- Position Title: Customer Service Assistant
- Working Location: Pioneer (Transport Provided)
- Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon – Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and deliver relevant service information.
- Prepare and process customer job orders, ensuring tasks are executed promptly and accurately.
- Work closely with the warehouse operations team to coordinate activities.
- Compile and produce weekly and monthly reports on inventory, stock levels, and billing.
- Communicate with customers to resolve questions and provide updates.
- Verify, record, and document all completed assignments thoroughly.
- Perform additional duties as directed by management.

- Prior customer service experience in logistics/ warehouse environment is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
