- Position Title: Senior Field Service Engineer – Power Transformers
- Working Location: Islandwide (Office at Ubi Rd)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon–Friday: 8am–5.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic $5,000 - $7,500 + VB
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in preparing service proposals.
- Plan and coordinate project activities with customers.
- Oversee on-site operations for complex transformer service projects.
- Guide and mentor junior team members.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Perform testing and measurement for power transformers.
- Estimate work steps and timelines for project planning and proposals.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in servicing and testing power transformers.
- Strong understanding of transformer principles, components, and operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Able to estimate work steps and timelines for proposals.
- Class 3 driving license required.
