- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer (Electrical Power Distribution, Control and Automation Systems)
- Position Title: Estimation Engineer / Project Costing Officer
- Working Location: Tuas Crescent (Transportation Provided)
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.15am – 5.45pm
- Salary Package: Up to $4000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Estimate and cost switchboards and related products.
- Prepare quotations, compile technical data, brochures, catalogues, and layout drawings for client submissions.
- Manage indoor and telephone sales inquiries.
- Support Sales Engineers with order follow-ups.
- Develop and improve computerized methods for costing, estimation, and quotations.
- Review and compare estimated costs with actual expenses for awarded jobs, managing budgets accordingly.
- Ensure the accuracy and acceptability of costing levels.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing Department to source components or parts for optimization and cost-effectiveness when needed.
- Assist with internal or external coordination tasks.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by supervisors.
- Adhere to Quality Management System procedures for effective implementation and control.
- Carry out other tasks as directed by supervisors.

- Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
