  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.00am – 5.30pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic salary up to $7,000 + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage pricing strategies for online parts sales
  • Set up and maintain accurate pricing for all parts and accessories
  • Prepare competitive pricing proposals and adjust prices as needed
  • Ensure all pricing complies with tax and import/export rules
  • Drive sales by following up on high-value quotes
  • Oversee the full sales process for equipment parts, from customer enquiry to delivery
  • Track market trends and look for ways to grow the parts business
  • Create and carry out sales plans and promotions to reach sales goals
  • Manage all steps in the spare parts process, from buying to delivery
  • Understand customer needs and suggest the right parts
  • Review and improve current processes for better efficiency and results
  • Take on any other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
  • Experience with ERP systems and related software
  • Previous parts management experience in the heavy equipment industry is a plus
  • Able to analyze data to spot trends and make decisions
  • Strong problem-solving skills for handling issues with parts, pricing, or logistics
  • Committed to giving great customer service and building good customer relationships
