- Position Title: Administrative Executive
- Working Location: Ubi
- Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon-Fri 9am – 6pm, alternate Sat 9am-6pm
- Salary Package: Salary Up to $3000 + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare sales invoices and delivery orders.
- Manage customer orders and accounts.
- Respond to customer questions via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Keep records and files organized, both digitally and on paper.
- Do data entry and help with basic reports.
- Support daily office tasks and basic HR duties like helping with new hires.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.

- Minimum Diploma, or equivalent.
- 1–2 years’ admin experience is advantageous.
- Individuals without experience are encouraged to apply, training is provided.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
