- Working Location: Paya Lebar
- Working Hours: 5 Days per week (8am – 5pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client site visits to build relationships and understand customer needs.
- Farm new accounts by identifying potential clients and initiating contact.
- Present company products and solutions to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Manage and coordinate sales administrative processes, including quotations, orders, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records using internal systems and CRM tools.

- Respond to customer inquiries and support the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics with internal departments to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Contribute ideas for improving workflow efficiency and customer experience.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Minimum Diploma holder.
- Prior experience in Customer Service or Sales is an added advantage.
- Proficient with MS Office applications.
- Highly motivated and proactive in pursuing new business opportunities and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
