• Industry/ Organization Type: Construction & Renovation Industry
• Position Title: Quantity Surveyor
• Working Location: Central
• Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (9.00am – 6.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs and request quotations from suppliers.
• Evaluate quotations and prepare costing summaries for approval before tender submission.
• Prepare Extension of Time (EOT) notifications for potential project delays.
• Review and understand project drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other relevant parties.
• Handle pre-tender and post-tender procurement, including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Manage project administration and documentation, including preparation of subcontracts and variation orders.
• Assist with other tasks assigned by management or supervisors.

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in full interior fit-out projects is preferred.
