• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer for Semi-Con Industry
• Position Title: Production Planner
• Working Location: Seletar
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8am-5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic $2,500 - $3,500 per month
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate shop floor activities to meet production timelines and delivery targets
• Create and manage Job Orders (JO), Purchase Requisitions (PR), and Purchase Orders (PO)
• Analyse demand changes, workload, and capacity requirements
• Monitor production priorities and ensure Job Orders are completed within the timeline
• Track and manage inventory levels based on demand and forecast
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and ensure delivery schedules are met

• At least 1 year of experience in production planning or control within a manufacturing environment
• Good analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and databases
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment
