Position Title: Logistics Coordinator

Working Location: Tuas (Walk distance from MRT)

Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + OT + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent

 

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and arrange local transport services for import and export shipments involving LCL, OOG (Out-of-Gauge), and break-bulk cargo.

Plan and schedule cargo collection and delivery activities in collaboration with internal operations teams, ports, and external parties.

Review cargo specifications and determine the appropriate truck or trailer type based on cargo size, weight, route limitations, and site requirements.

Work closely with customers, drivers, port staff, and internal departments to ensure jobs are carried out accurately and on time.

Track job progress closely, address operational issues promptly, and keep customers updated on shipment status.

Prepare and handle job-related documents, including delivery orders, permits where required, and proof of delivery records.

Ensure jobs are properly closed with complete documentation to support billing and invoicing.

Comply with all applicable regulations, company procedures, and internal policies.

Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.

At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience in the logistics, supply chain or a related industry.

Good understanding of Singapore roads, yards, and port operations.

Familiarity with import and export permit declarations.

Organised, self-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks at the same time.
