• Industry/Organization Type: Interior Design and Build Company
• Position Title: Quantity Surveyor (M&E)
• Working Location: Nearest MRT – Bright Hill/Upper Thomson
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 6 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $4000 + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Take off quantities and prepare costing and budgets for projects.
• Source and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage and adhere to project budgets during procurement stages.
• Prepare and submit progressive claims and variations of orders to clients.
• Facilitate coordination between subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and other relevant parties.
• Evaluate and certify subcontractor payment claims.
• Generate project Profit & Loss and final account.
• Prepare tender submissions.
• Maintain and monitor Tender boards for potential works.

• Diploma in Building Services/Electrical/Air Conditioning or Plumbing
• At least 5 years of experience in M&E works for interior fit-out sector
• Proficient in quantity take-offs for Builder, Architectural, and M&E works
• With knowledge of architectural finishes, detailing, and M&E system operations
• Experience in executing comprehensive measurements, tender management, procurement activities, and risk assessments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
