  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.15 am – 5.15 pm
  • Salary Package: Up to $5,000 + AWS + Meal Allowance + Company Transportation/Transportation Allowance + Commission
  • Duration: Permanent

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the identification, cultivation, and development of new business opportunities.
  • Facilitate infrastructure and organizational set-up to support new ventures.
  • Deliver comprehensive sales and technical support, overseeing total business/product contributions including sales volume and gross profit.
  • Actively pursue the development of new accounts and drive sales targets 
  • Enhance existing customer partnerships and expand the customer base.
  • Generate sales leads, conduct joint visits, and provide marketing insights to support subsidiary sales objectives.
  • Investigate and assess market opportunities for fresh business ventures.
  • Establish business relationships with vendors and manufacturers.
  • Collaborate with Management to create and ratify business proposals for new distributorships.
  • Initiate and manage new business set-ups or collaborations with subsidiaries post-approval.
  • Proactively engage with potential and current clients to identify sales leads.
  • Visit job sites to assess client needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • Prepare quotations and conduct client presentations focused on product benefits and applications.
  • Maintain ongoing records of sales activities and quote status via the company CRM.
  • Perform regular sales reviews and compile monthly performance reports.
  • Stay informed on market and competitor dynamics to implement strategic business responses.
  • Initiate marketing strategies to solidify brand presence and product recognition.
  • Work closely with subsidiary sales teams to meet/exceed their sales targets.
  • Reinforce product knowledge among subsidiary sales teams to empower independent sales efforts.
  • Engage in strategic market discussions with subsidiaries to devise customer-centric action plans promoting T&L products and services.

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of sales & marketing and/or business development experience 
  • Willing to travel at least 20% of the time.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours as needed to meet critical deadlines for submissions, quotations, and related tasks.
