• Position Title: Service Technician
• Working Location: Pandan Loop
• Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.00 am-5.30 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,000 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent 

Key Responsibilities

• Support our Technical Service Supervisor to deliver top-notch customer service by providing skillful repairs, installations, and routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot products that customers are having issues with.
• Assemble and test products before they are given to customers.
• Set up our products at the customer's location.
• Keep detailed records of the work done, including forms, reports, and logs.
• Take care of all tools and equipment provided by the company.
• Stay current with the company's solutions through job-related training.
• Sometimes travel overseas for training or to provide support to other groups within our company.
• Carry out any other tasks that may be asked of you.

• A minimum qualification of Nitec in Electrical/Mechanical Fitting and Installation or a similar field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, although having experience is a bonus.
• Must be patient, a problem-solver, and comfortable interacting with people at all levels.
• Be open to working overtime and on-call after hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
