- Position Title: Operations Executive
- Working Location: Pandan Loop
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.00 am-5.30 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,000 + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment as per the operational guidelines.
- Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity.
- Prepare and assemble materials and equipment for production.
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Record data related to production metrics, including output, wastage, and defects.
- Work as part of a team to meet production targets.

- A minimum qualification of GCE O Level/Nitec.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or factory setting preferred.
- Ability to read and understand manuals and operate equipment safely.
- Good hand-eye coordination and physical condition.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
