• Industry/ Organization Type: Spa
• Position Title: Sales Manager – Beauty/Cosmetics
• Working Location: Ubi
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9 am to 7 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $4500 + Staff Discounts + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role 

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve the company’s sales targets.
• Scout and recruit new retailers using industry contacts.
• Pitch and introduce new products to existing retailers.
• Manage and execute promotional campaigns across Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, and physical stores.
• Organize and participate in store events to enhance brand visibility.
• Train and lead beauty advisors to meet sales targets.
• Engage in livestreaming sessions to promote and sell products.
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

• Diploma or Degree in administration, business.
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in sales and business development, specifically in skincare or cosmetics.
• Availability to co-host livestreams during late-night hours twice a month.
