• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing
• Position Title: Production Engineer
• Working Location: Tuas (Transport provided)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri. 8.00 am - 5.00 pm; Sat, 8.00 am - 12.00 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $5,000 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of assigned tasks to ensure efficient production flow.
• Provide monthly production input and identify areas for improvement.
• Offer technical leadership for new and existing challenges.
• Create and maintain process instructions and documentation.
• Develop, record, and present reports for monthly production meetings.
• Perform assembly tasks and guide technicians/operators as needed.

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related professional certification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Effective team player with good communication and presentation skills.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in related industry.
