• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing 
• Position Title: Production Manager
• Working Location: Tai Seng
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30 am – 6.00 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $6,200 + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage production schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor workflows and collaborate with the CSR team to adjust schedules based on delays or changing demands.
• Lead and supervise production teams, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
• Promote teamwork and a positive work environment while addressing any staff-related concerns.
• Ensure production processes meet quality standards and regulations.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold product standards.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and minimize waste.
• Analyze production data, prepare reports, and develop KPIs to improve productivity and output.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure the production area complies with safety rules.
• Conduct regular safety audits and quickly address any compliance issues.
• Work with departments such as Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Warehouse to ensure smooth production operations.
• Communicate production updates and any issues to senior management and other important stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a similar field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role in manufacturing, ideally in electro-mechanical assembly.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
