• Position Title: Project Manager (Audio Visual)
• Working Location: Kallang
• Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional internal teams, including, AV Designers, Drafters, Engineers, Site Engineers, and Safety Officers.
• Collaborate closely with external stakeholders such as Consultants, Main Contractors, Subcontractors, Manufacturers, and Suppliers to ensure the seamless execution and timely delivery of projects.
• Study and analyze schematic designs and construction drawings to create accurate AV construction drawings.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and change orders, and manage the Bill of Material (BOM).
• Maintain good relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are managed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan, manage, and allocate necessary resources to ensure project timelines and goals are met.

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in project management for construction sites or A&A works (preferably in M&E or ELV solutions such as CCTV or structured cabling).
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and AV schematics drawing.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• With experience in interpreting BIM modelling and/ or with technical knowledge in Audio Visual Products is a plus.
