- Position Title: Project Coordinator
- Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon to Fri (8.15 am – 5.15 pm), Sat (8.15 am – 12.15 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the construction project, including preparing contractual and tender documents, and identifying the project requirements.
- Implement established policies to manage construction sites, assess progress reports to manage time, cost, and quality.
- Serve as a primary contact between clients, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring quality assurance aligns with stakeholder expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections for compliance with regulatory standards and evaluate subcontractor performance.
- Support purchasing activities by ensuring materials is sourced according to project timelines, client’s requirements and budget.
- Ensure compliance Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies.
- Manage project completion and closure by verifying defect lists, overseeing commissioning and testing, and preparing handover documents.
- Helps to drive sales by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and issuing accurate quotations.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports for management, and ensure all permits and licenses are secured and updated.

- Diploma in Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Preferably with relevant knowledge in cleanroom industry or Electrical & ACMV working experiences.
- Good understanding with construction processes, materials, and industry standards is an added advantage.
