- Industry/ Organization Type: Marine Offshore Engineering
- Position Title: Project Coordinator Engineer/Junior Marine Engineer
- Working Location: Islandwide (Office at Pioneer)
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday – 8.00am to 5:00pm, Saturday – 8.00am to 12.00pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $2800 + OT + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical and engineering advice to both the engineering and production teams.
- Lead and manage projects, including planning, coordinating activities, and allocating resources effectively.
- Offer guidance and support to less experienced engineers, enhancing their professional development.
- Represent the company in meetings with partners, clients, and vendors, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Communicate project details accurately and effectively to both clients and project teams.
- Ensure that client requirements are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
- Maintain the project schedule by overseeing progress, coordinating activities, and resolving any issues that arise.
- Any other assigned duties.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marine engineering.
- Strong knowledge of ship structure fabrication.
- Possession of a Class 2B or Class 3 driving license will be advantageous.
