  • Working Hours: 4-days’ work week, Rotating shifts every two weeks (Monday – Thursday, 7.45am – 4.45pm; Monday - Thursday, 7.45pm – 4.45am)
  • Salary Package: Up to $2,300 + OT + Allowances up to $180
  • Duration: Permanent

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the compounding of chemicals efficiently.
  • Minimize downtime of the mixing plant and assist with BFS machine operations during manpower shortages.
  • Report to the Chemical Process Supervisor and collaborate on mixing priorities, manpower allocation, and maintaining machinery cleanliness.
  • Oversee the mixing process by verifying raw materials, maintaining clean tanks and surroundings, coordinating inline and steam-in-place cleaning, documenting RMR processes (including bubble point tests and chemical weighing), and regenerating the RO water system.
  • Manage mixing flow, plant breakdowns, and daily operations.
  • Understand the piping system to prepare valves and collect water from the mixing plant to the BFS machine.

  • Possess a NITEC in a chemical-related field.
  • Experience in cleanroom and pharmaceutical settings is advantageous.
  • Comfortable with rotating shifts every two weeks.
