- Position Title: Admin Assistant
- Working Location: Pioneer (Transport provided from MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchases and maintenance for factory, warehouse, and office supplies, including maintenance and repairs for equipment like cranes, air-conditioning, vehicles, and more.
- Issue purchase orders, verify delivery orders, and match them with invoices.
- Create and update records for equipment and vehicle maintenance.
- Arrange payments for maintenance, servicing, and various purchases.
- Handle daily office tasks, such as phone calls, mail, and welcoming visitors.
- Coordinate and liaise for renewal of licenses
- Maintain records in systems like SAP and/or Excel.
- Inspect records and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle other tasks and projects as assigned.

- Minimum Nitec or Diploma in related disciplines
- 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of SAP Accounts is a plus.
