Position Title: Admin Assistant
Working Location: Pioneer (Transport provided from MRT)
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Manage purchases and maintenance for factory, warehouse, and office supplies, including maintenance and repairs for equipment like cranes, air-conditioning, vehicles, and more.
Issue purchase orders, verify delivery orders, and match them with invoices.
Create and update records for equipment and vehicle maintenance.
Arrange payments for maintenance, servicing, and various purchases.
Handle daily office tasks, such as phone calls, mail, and welcoming visitors.
Coordinate and liaise for renewal of licenses
Maintain records in systems like SAP and/or Excel.
Inspect records and resolve discrepancies.
Handle other tasks and projects as assigned.

Minimum Nitec or Diploma in related disciplines
1 year of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Knowledge of SAP Accounts is a plus.
