Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative tasks (data entry, documentation, filing)
  • Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries
  • Prepare and maintain daily transaction records
  • Assist at the counter during peak hours or when needed
  • Support compliance and reporting requirements
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth workflow

  • GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, trustworthy, and able to multitask
  • Support front-counter duties as required
  • Prior experience in money changing or finance-related industry is a plus
