  • Working Hours: 6 days (Mon – Sat, 8.00am – 5.00pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic salary + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the operations team to achieve company targets and objectives
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure the department runs smoothly
  • Review and improve work processes to achieve targets and drive continuous improvement
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Ensure reliable, timely, and quality service delivery to customers
  • Guide, motivate, and manage team performance, including support for staff training and development
  • Build constructive relationships with the Singapore head office and staff through regular meetings
  • Support and oversee the Operations and Customer Services teams to meet schedules and deadlines
  • Lead and support the operations and administration staff
  • Attend to visitors, customers, and contractors on site
  • Ensure depot compliance with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Line Managers

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the ISO tank/container industry in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially in high-pressure situations
  • Able to use relevant operations management software
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach
  • Proven ability to improve operational efficiency and achieve business objectives
  • Positive attitude and adaptability
  • Good communication skills and ability to work across departments
